Joshua M. Jacobsen
Portland – Joshua M. Jacobsen, 22, of Kennebunk, died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Maine Medical Center.
Josh was born in Portland on October 10, 1989 a son of Steven W. Jacobsen of Kennebunk and Kimberly A. Chandler of Biddeford. He grew up in Kennebunk, attending local area schools and graduated from Kennebunk High School as a member of the graduating class of 2008.
Josh worked briefly in customer service.
He had a quick wit about him and ALWAYS joked around with everyone. Loved to make people laugh but would never say anything to hurt someone’s feelings.
Josh enjoyed baseball, cribbage, gambling and attending fairs. He also loved spending time with family and friends. Also with a smile on his face he loved to laugh and cared very deeply for everyone who was a part of his life.    He had a great love for life as well as music.  He also loved to play basketball and planned to join a basketball league.
He had so much life left and gave his heart and soul to every conversation he had with anyone he met; including complete strangers. He was everyone’s friend and people bonded with him instantly. You couldn’t meet Josh and not fall in love with him.
Besides his loving parents he is survived by a sister Jessica Jacobsen of Kennebunk and his dedicated fiancée Danielle Woodworth of Waterboro as well as many other extended family and cherished friends.
Services will be private.
