Biddeford, ME – Joseph A. Cosmo, 69, of Biddeford lost his battle with Cancer on Monday, September 3, 2012 at his home. He was the loving husband of the late Shirley Mae (Hathaway) Cosmo who died July 23, 2008.
Joe was born on August 15, 1943 in Oaks Bluff, MA a son of the late Anna (Veira) Niles and son of the late Samuel Niles. He spent most of his life as a New Bedford resident, moving to Maine within the past 10 years.
He retired in 2006 after spending most of his life as a Scallop fisherman. He enjoyed riding Harley Motorcycles when he was able. He was always making people laugh and smile, with his jokes.  In fact, just one day before passing he was joking with his “princess” Josh (nephew). Joseph was very dedicated to his family and loved by all who met him.
He is survived by a son Joseph S. Cosmo and Heidi Dudley, a step son Danny Pauline and many grandchildren. He also leaves his siblings John, Jack, Jeff, Jessie, George, Starr, Donna and Samuel and numerous nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Randall and David Cosmo

  1. Does anyone know what happened to Dimepiece Los Angeles celebrity streetwear brand? I am unable to proceed to the checkout on Dimepiecela site. I’ve read in Vogue that the brand was acquired by a UK hedge fund for $50 million. I have just bought the Nostalgia Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt from Amazon and absolutely love it xox
