Portland, ME — Ardley B. Cusack “Art” of Collins road, Yarmouth, Maine, son of Ralph B. and Myrtle F. (Nelson) Cusack of Scarborough, Maine, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013 with his family by his side following surgery at Maine Medical Center.
Art loved his work in public service and served as a police officer in Yarmouth for many years. Most recently, he worked as a security officer for Publicover Security and spent his days at the Florida Lights and Power Plant on Cousins Island where he greeted everyone with a smile. Art also spent 32 years as a truck driver for Webber Energy Fuels. He was also a navy veteran of the Korean War.
Art is survived by his wife, Carole Ann Cusack of Yarmouth, Maine, their Son, Stephen James Cusack and his wife Jennifer of Gray, his daughter Susan Barron of Pensacola, Florida, his son Ardley B Cusack II of Lubbock, Texas and his son Ralph B Cusack of Portland, as well as his grandchildren Ardley the III, Christopher A., Eleanor F., and Jayden L. Cusack.
A memorial service will be announced and a spring interment planned
